Limitation of Liability

Agreement to Arbitrate

In the event of a dispute, you or Waffles & House must give the other a Notice of Dispute. You and Waffles & House will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Waffles & House may commence arbitration.

Changes to Terms

Waffles & House reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
